Shipping policy

At STRAPCASH, we aim to get your orders to your doorstep as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive a notification or message with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days nationwide.
Delivery Charges: [e.g., Flat PKR 200 nationwide / FREE shipping on orders over PKR 3,000].
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification
To avoid dispatch delays, please ensure your contact number and complete physical address are correct.
Our team may send a quick WhatsApp or SMS confirmation before dispatching your COD order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your parcel is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp so you can monitor your package in real-time on the courier’s portal.
5. Failed Deliveries & Refusals
Courier riders will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
If a package is uncollected, undeliverable due to an incomplete address, or rejected at the doorstep without prior notice, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
